These General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale, and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the website “www.ambiticlean.com“, owned by Ambiti Clean S.L. (SOLE-SHAREHOLDER COMPANY).

Ambiti Clean S.L. (SOLE-SHAREHOLDER COMPANY), hereinafter AMBITI, is a Spanish limited liability company with its registered office at BV 1229, Zona Industrial Raval de Boades, NAVE 5, 08297 Castellgalí (Barcelona), with CIF number B67024943. Ambiti Clean S.L. is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona since June 5, 2017, under sheet B-505112, folio 161 of Volume 45959, first inscription.

These Conditions establish the rights and obligations of all users of AMBITI in relation to the products and services we offer through our website “www.ambiticlean.com” (hereinafter the “Store”).

1. User Obligations.

The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products, and to use each of the Store’s services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that could impede, damage, or deteriorate the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users, or that could injure or cause damage to the property and rights of AMBITI, its Suppliers, Users, or any third party in general.

2. Products.

2.1 AMBITI reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products offered to Users through the Store. In particular, AMBITI may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, AMBITI reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.

2.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond as faithfully as web display technology allows to the Products actually offered. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

2.3 AMBITI undertakes not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by credit card brands or the acquiring bank to have the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. AMBITI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a User-Customer with whom it has a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

2.4 Orders placed on the Internet through www.ambiticlean.com carry contractual data between the User-Customer and the store, which will be subject to confirmation and collection by both parties prior to shipment.

2.5 AMBITI undertakes to accept purchase orders in accordance with the terms of the general conditions of sale set forth herein. The User-Customer declares to know and accept these general conditions of sale before confirming their orders. The confirmation of an order therefore implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the store constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between AMBITI and its customers.

3. Procedure and Form of Payment for Products.

3.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, AMBITI will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs, and the details of the different options chosen by the user.

3.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

3.3 AMBITI will file the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be drawn up in the Spanish language.

3.4 The order confirmation sent by AMBITI is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. The user can download the invoice from their account or request a company invoice. They may also request that it be sent by email.4

4. Customer Service.

For any incident, claim, or exercise of their rights, the User may send an email to the address finance@ambiti.es or call 938330542. If the customer wishes, the invoice will be sent in electronic format; to request the invoice, the user must specify it in the Order Comments or by sending an email to finance@ambiti.es.

5. Home Delivery Service.

  • Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours from the time the order is placed. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centers, it is very likely to be delayed more than 24 hours.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
  • The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all order components and to verify that everything that should be included in the products is present. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be deemed accepted, and claims for damages or errors with the shipment will not be accepted.
  • An order will be considered delivered when delivery confirmation is received from the carrier. It is within the next 72 hours that the customer must verify the products upon receipt and state all objections that may exist.
  • In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way, it is convenient to leave a record with the transport company:

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property.

6.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and of each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in connection with them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of AMBITI itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other right to said industrial and intellectual property rights other than those specifically contemplated therein.

6.2 Unless authorized by AMBITI or, where applicable, by the third-party owners of the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the use of the Store solely for their own needs, undertaking not to carry out, either directly or indirectly, a commercial exploitation of the materials, elements, and information obtained through them.

6.3 The User must refrain from eluding or manipulating any technical devices established by AMBITI or by third parties in the Store.

7. Purchasing Process

The purchasing system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain. Therefore, the sale operations will be understood to be carried out at the tax residence BV 1292, Raval de Boades, ZONA INDUSTRIAL, nave 5 in 08297 CASTELLGALI (BARCELONA).

All prices contain the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and are to be understood apart from any shipping costs that may be incurred.

If it is detected that an error occurred in entering the price of an item after an order has been received, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident and offer you the option of cancellation or maintaining the order under the correct conditions. The sending of an automatic confirmation does not validate erroneous price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount that has been paid will be refunded. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not proceed.

The products offered in this service are aimed at final consumers under the terms and conditions provided by the Retail Trade Law.

The images of the store’s range are intended as an illustration and do not constitute binding offers for sale. For their part, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. Upon completing the order process, the customer will then receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order by email (order confirmation). The contract with AMBITI is only concluded if AMBITI sends the ordered products to the customer and this shipment is confirmed by email (shipment confirmation), and given our consent.

The products will remain the property of AMBITI until payment has been made in full.

When the requested products are not available, but others of identical or superior quality, comparable or compatible with those requested are available, AMBITI may substitute the latter for the former, giving prior notice by email for acceptance.
